An Encapsulated O Ring consists of an elastomer core (Fluorocarbon FKM / FPM / Silicone) has a seamless shield made from FEP (Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene) or PFA (Perfluoroalkoxy - copolymer). It gives Chemical resistance as well as resilience hence used to prevent leakages of corrosive fluids at high temperature.

It is simple a loop of elastomer designed to be seated in a groove and compressed during assembly. It create static as well as dynamic sealing between surfaces by getting compressed. It is very simple but most widely used product. We make 'O' Rings in various sizes as well as Cross-Section. It is produced in nearly all type of materials like Silicone, FKM, Nitrile, EPDM, AFLAS etc.

We provide FFKM [Perfluoroelastomer ] "O" Rings which are used in very abnormal applications. FFKM 'O' Rings are very expensive and rarely used in highly specific fluids. FFKM is also knows as Perfluoro-elastomer. Kalrez, Chemraz, Perlast, Simraz etc are famous brands of FFKM.
